IT IS A WONDERFUL TIME TO CELEBRATE ALL OF THE THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT LEBANON, AND THE PRIDE EACH OF US HAS IN CALLING THIS PLACE "HOME". STARTED IN 1909 AS A CELEBRATION OF THE BOUNTIFUL BERRY HARVESTS, THE STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL CONTINUES TODAY AS A CHANCE TO BRING OUR COMMUNITY TOGETHER, AND TO CELEBRATE WITH PRIDE ALL OF LEBANON'S BEAUTY AND FRIENDLINESS. ​ The Strawberry Festival is a deeply rooted tradition for so many Lebanon families--dating back for generations; and it has become equally special to see new residents and visitors alike be welcomed to our small town during this festival time. We hope you fall in love with our festival just as much, and make it a tradition of your own! As the second longest running annual festival in the state of Oregon (second only to the Rose Festival in Portland), the Lebanon Strawberry Festival is proudly organized each year by a board of directors comprised entirely of volunteers. Each has his or her own reasons for being passionate about the Strawberry Festival, and each is dedicated to continuing the tradition of bringing this event to our community for many generations to come. ​

Yoakum Tom Tom Festival

Held annually the first weekend in June, Yoakum's Tom Tom Festival is piece of a history wrapped in some good 'ole Texas fun! The festivities start on Friday afternoon/evening with BBQ Cook Off, Carnival, Rodeo, and Live Entertainment. The fun continues on Saturday morning, the Grand Parade begins at 10:00am and is held in downtown Yoakum. The fun continues at the park, with several events including a BBQ Cook Off, children’s games, Rodeo, horseshoe and cornhole tournaments. There are food and craft booths, and a car and motorcycle show. And this year we are continuing the fun on Sunday with a few more BBQ Cookoff Items and Free Live Music to round out the weekend. Live Music Friday and Saturday provided by local and regional artists. To make the event complete, a carnival is held from Thursday through Saturday at the park.
