1. Who We Are and Accepting These Terms

TheCraftMap (www.thecraftmap.com) is operated by Caruso Business Solutions LLC, 277 Ivey Dr. SW, Milledgeville, GA 31061 ("we", "us"). By using TheCraftMap you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What TheCraftMap Is, and What It Is Not

TheCraftMap is a directory that helps artisans, crafters and shoppers find craft fairs, art shows and artisan markets. We list events and provide tools to search, filter, save and track them.

We do not organize, run, sponsor or endorse the events we list. Vendor applications, booth fees, refunds, jurying, cancellations and anything that happens at an event are between you and the event's organizer. We do not verify every organizer or listing. Before you pay a booth fee, confirm the event with its organizer through the event's own website or another source you trust, and be cautious of anyone asking for payment through a personal payment app or gift card. If a listing looks wrong or fraudulent, please report it with "Suggest a Correction" on the fair page or email hello@thecraftmap.com.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use TheCraftMap and at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to buy a subscription or a featured listing. Some features need an account. You agree to:

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date
• Keep your password secure and not share your account
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account
• Tell us promptly at hello@thecraftmap.com if you suspect unauthorized use

4. Listing Information

Listings come from public sources such as event websites, event platforms and community calendars, and from organizers and users. Some listing descriptions are written with the help of AI from the listing's details. We work to keep listings accurate, but dates, fees, deadlines and other details change and can be wrong. Always confirm details with the organizer before you travel, apply or pay.

5. Your Content

"Your content" means anything you send us or post: fair submissions, corrections, reviews, photos and captions, vendor profiles, claim requests and the evidence you provide, and support messages.

You keep ownership of your content. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt (for example, resizing an image or reformatting text) and distribute it to operate, improve and promote TheCraftMap. Facts you contribute to a listing, such as a corrected date, may stay in the listing after your account is closed.

You promise that your content is accurate and that you have the right to share it. For photos, that means:

• You took the photo, or you have permission from the person who did
• Anyone clearly identifiable in it has agreed to it being posted
• No child is the main subject of the photo
• It shows the event, its venue, its vendors or the event's own flyer or logo
• It is not an advertisement, a screenshot of another website, a stock image, or carries another directory's branding or watermark

6. How We Review Content

We review fair submissions, corrections, organizer claims, photos, reviews and support messages. Much of that review is done by automated rules and by AI tools working under rules we set and check; the rest is done by people. We may approve, edit, decline, hide or remove any content or listing at our discretion, including to protect vendors from misleading or fraudulent events. When we decline something you sent, we will usually email you the reason. If you think we got it wrong, reply to that email and a person will take another look.

7. Organizers and Claimed Listings

If you run an event, you can claim its listing. We approve a claim only when we can connect you to the event, for example through the contact email published for it or its official website, and we may ask you for proof. An approved claim lets you edit the listing, including its dates, fees, contact details and application link.

You agree to keep your listing accurate and to point vendors only to the event's genuine application and payment process. We may revoke a claim, undo edits, or remove a listing if a claim was obtained falsely, if edits mislead vendors, or if a listing is used to collect fees for an event that is not real or not yours. If more than one person says they run an event, email us and we will sort it out.

8. Pro Subscriptions

Pro is a paid subscription, currently $15 a month or $120 a year; the price shown at checkout is the one that applies. New subscribers may be offered a 14-day free trial that does not require a card. If you do not add a payment method, the trial simply ends and you are not charged. If you do, you are billed when the trial ends and at the start of each billing period after that until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from Manage billing on your account page; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to your next billing period.

9. Featured Listings

The organizer of a claimed listing can pay a one-time fee, shown at checkout, to feature it. A featured listing appears ahead of others in its state, city and calendar listings and can show the organizer's logo and links. The feature runs through the event's last day (or 90 days for a listing without dates). Featuring a listing is advertising, not an endorsement, and featured listings follow these terms like any other. The fee is non-refundable once the feature is active, except where the law requires otherwise, including when we remove a listing for breaking these terms.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use TheCraftMap for anything illegal
• Post false or misleading information, including events that are not real
• Collect booth fees or applications for an event you do not run, or post fake vendor applications
• Impersonate an organizer, venue, business or person
• Harass anyone, or post spam, hateful or sexual content
• Scrape, copy or download listings in bulk, by automated means or otherwise, without our written permission
• Interfere with the site, test its security, or try to reach parts of it you are not allowed into
• Upload malware or anything designed to harm a device

11. Advertising and Affiliate Links

TheCraftMap shows advertising (Pro members browse ad-free) and some links to products are affiliate links: if you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. Other websites we link to have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

12. Copyright Complaints

If you believe something on TheCraftMap infringes your copyright, email hello@thecraftmap.com with a description of the work, where it appears on the site, and your contact information. We will review it and remove material that infringes.

13. Ending Your Use

You can stop using TheCraftMap at any time and can ask us to close your account by emailing hello@thecraftmap.com. We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if you break these terms or put other users at risk.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TheCraftMap is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for events, organizers, vendors, shoppers or other users, for websites we link to, or for payments and agreements between you and anyone else.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, booth fees, travel costs or missed events, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50.

15. Indemnification

You agree to cover any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your content, your listings, your events, or your breaking these terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state courts located in Baldwin County, Georgia, or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. When a change is significant we will notify you by email or with a notice on the site before it takes effect. Using TheCraftMap after a change takes effect means you accept it.
