A day all about the kids and the whole family having fun! There will be games and special events for children of all ages. The fun will be endless!

BRIC - Bike Ride of Iowa County

The annual Bike Ride of Iowa County, also known as 'BRIC', begins and ends in the village of Amana. Bring the family, some friends, or any other bike lovers for a day full of fun and open-air. The route travels through the northern portion of Iowa County and includes numerous interesting stops with picturesque views along the route to Marengo and back. This is a 28-mile fun ride for all ages and no pre-registration is required; just show up, pick up a 'passport', and start riding! Get your passport stamped at each checkpoint and then enter it at last stop for a chance to win an Amana Colonies gift certificate.

Amana Colonies Wurst Festival

Don't miss out on this celebration of everything sausage at the summer's best festival! The German tradition of making sausages is alive and well in the Amana Colonies. At the Market Barn area, you'll find local sausage vendors, beer, drinks, desserts, and more. There will be creative and innovative twists on the beloved brat that will make your mouth water! During the day, sausage makers will compete for Best in Wurst and Weirdest Wurst. Throughout the day, enjoy live music, yard games, Wurst University, and a Dachshund Derby. Local businesses around town will host activities and specials as well.

Arts and Antiques Weekend

Find the perfect piece of Amana to take home! This is a special weekend to highlight all of Amana's amazing and unique antique shops, art galleries, and local artists. Join the Vintage Stroll through the antique shops for a chance to win an Amana Colonies gift certificate. Several antique shops will have special sales, and you will find artists opening their studios for tours. Antiques, vintage, collectibles, handcrafts, fine art, folk art; you'll find it all here in the Amana Colonies! Weekend BONUS: Quilt Amana 2024 is happening at Price Creek Event Center on April 12th 9:00 am to April 14th 3:00 pm. Entrance fee to Quilt Amana.

Romance Weekend

Put some romance back in your life with a getaway to the Amana Colonies. You will find the pace of life is just a bit slower in the Colonies. Shops, restaurants, and lodging arrange for all types of special events this weekend, including overnight romance packages at local hotels and bed and breakfasts, as well as a special five-course dinner with wine pairing.
