About
The Wicomico County Fair takes place the third weekend of August each year and traditionally features rodeo events, livestock exhibits, competitions, home arts, auctions, music and local vendors. Admission and parking are free.
📋 From the vendor application
- Booth sizes: Food 15x20ft ($350), Commercial 10x15ft ($150), Craft 10x10ft ($100), Non-Profit 10x10ft ($50)
- Electrical add-on fees: $30 for 110v, $60 for 30 amp, $90 for 50 amp
- Additional footage available at $10 per linear foot
- Payment required with application submission; fees non-refundable; no refunds
- Vendor provides all equipment: tables, chairs, tents, signage, extension cords (100ft required if electrical requested)
- Move-in: Thursday 5-7pm or Friday 8am-3pm; vendors must remain staffed through Sunday 6pm conclusion
