- Non-refundable application fee required when submitting application
- Permit fee must be paid upon board approval before space assignment
- Proof of insurance required before space may be assigned
- Food service vendors need Riverside County health department approval and yearly food permit
- Annual, Season I (Oct-May), or Season II (Jun-Sep) vendor participation options available
- Applications must be submitted at least 14 days prior to VillageFest Board meeting
