About
This California Vintage will have crafts, fine art, fine craft and homegrown products exhibitors, and 50 food booths. There will be 1 stage with National, Regional and Local talent and the hours will be Thu-Fri 6pm-9pm; Sat 10am-9pm.
📋 From the vendor application
- Booth sizes: 10'x10' ($150) or 10'x20' ($250); fee increases to $200/$300 after August 1, 2026
- Vendor fee is non-refundable; no refund if approved vendor cancels
- Certificate of Insurance required: $1M general liability per occurrence and aggregate, naming SVVGA and City of Sonoma
- 2025 City of Sonoma Business License required; estimated fees $80.26 (Retail/Services $74, CASp $4, card fee $2.26)
- All items must be handcrafted by vendor; single-use plastics banned per City of Sonoma policy
- Vendor load-in 6 am–9:30 am; vendors must be open 10 am–5 pm; vendor provides all equipment (shade, tables, chairs)
