About
This Oregon Air Show-Balloon Festival will have antique/collectibles, commercial/retail, corp./information, crafts, film, fine art, fine craft and homegrown products exhibitors, and 10 food booths. There will be 1 stage with National, Regional and Local talent and the hours will be Fri-Sat 5am-11pm; Sun 5am-5pm. Admission tickets are $7 - $15.
📋 From the vendor application
- Vendors provide all equipment: canopy, lighting, tables, chairs, banner poles, flooring
- Additional electricity available as add-on, must be ordered by June 1, 2026; power may be up to 25 feet away
- Vendors must remain open during required hours: Fri 3-11pm, Sat 11am-11pm, Sun 11am-5pm
- Cancellation within 21 days of festival: all payments retained as liquidated damages
- Force majeure or act of God: no refund, no liability; event held rain or shine
- Booth types available with basic power included; space sold on manicured grass
