- LOABA Member Booth $395, Non-Member $520, Lawn/Garden $495-$620, Boat $825, Art/Craft $100, Food $125, Non-Profit $100
- Craft vendors require prior approval; committee may request samples, photos, sales list; not all crafts accepted
- Food vendors must provide proper licensing and permits from Greene County Health Department; responsible for sales tax
- Exhibitor provides tents, tables, chairs; electrical available but limited; contact LOABA for service
- Setup Thursday March 19 or Friday March 20 at designated times; all booths ready by Saturday 9:00 a.m.
- No refunds after January 15, 2026; payment in full due at registration; LOABA reserves right to refuse application
