📋 From the vendor application
- Vendors must supply own tables, canopies, props, chairs; no power available; generators allowed if quiet

- Refunds only if application rejected; rain or shine event; no refunds for unapproved items sold
- Festival reserves right to reject items for sale; vendors cannot use festival logos/artwork on products
- Pre-packaged food vendors accepted at committee discretion; food vendors with prep/cooking in designated area
