This West Virginia Festival will have antique/collectibles, crafts, fine art, fine craft and flea market exhibitors, and 10 food booths. There will be 1 stage with Regional and Local talent and the hours will be Fri 12pm-10pm; Sat 10am-9pm; Sun 9am-4pm. This event will also include: parade, family movie night, open mike night, circus.

- Booth size: 10' wide road frontage by 20'+ depth; vendor responsible for all booth/tent/trailer items
- Fee: $270 per 10' space; non-refundable after April 14; no pay-at-the-gate allowed
- Electricity: limited availability, some spaces have no power, first-come-first-serve, vendor specifies amp/voltage needs
- Extension cords not provided; vendor coordinator assigns plug-in locations
- Requirement: Food Handler's license certification must be obtained prior to April 11
- Menus with prices must be posted; no exceptions; application/photo/fee due by April 14; no rain date
