- 10x10 booth space is $150.00; vendors must provide all setup materials
- Cancellation 45+ days before event: full refund minus $25 administrative fee
- Cancellations less than 45 days before event: no refund
- Spaces assigned first-come, first-served to paid participants; full payment required before assignment
- Vendor liability: indemnify organizers; organizers not responsible for loss or damage to vendor property
