About
This Missouri Festival will have antique/collectibles, commercial/retail, corp./information, crafts, fine art, fine craft and homegrown products exhibitors, and 13 food booths. There will be Roving Performers with Local talent and the hours will be Sat 10am-2pm.
📋 From the vendor application
- Handmade crafts required; all applications juried and screened before acceptance
- Late fee: $15 if application received after Sept 1, 2026; returned check fee: $25
- No refunds for vendor cancellations; if not accepted, all fees returned by mail
- Vendor supplies own tables, chairs, tents, backdrops, extension cords; setup/teardown vendor responsibility
- Setup: Friday noon–7pm or Saturday 6am; must stay both days 9am–5pm or disqualified next year
- Booth space: ample outdoor space (grass or roadway); vendors responsible for all equipment brought
