The Pike Road Arts & Crafts Fair, held annually since 1967, features nearly 180 vendors from across the state and Southeast offering original handmade creations including fine art, woodworking, pottery, textiles, clothing, metalwork, and more. The event includes food vendors, activities such as face painting and pony rides, and a community celebration at the historic Marks House.
