About
This Missouri Craft Show will have antique/collectibles, crafts, film, fine art and fine craft exhibitors, and no food booths. This event will also include: patriot pantry, café, raffle booth.
📋 From the vendor application
- Booth: 7' × 9' standard space. Fee: $85 (at 2025 fair), $90 (postmark by June 30), $100 (after June 30).
- Optional tables $10 each (6' × 2.5'), electricity $10 (subject to availability; crafter provides extension cord).
- Handcrafted/homemade items only, created by booth renter. Direct sales consultants separated. Photos required.
- Setup Friday 7–9 PM or Saturday 6:30–8:30 AM. Booths must stay open entire fair; early pack-up = exclusion.
- Food vendors need St. Louis County Health Dept permit. No weapons, open flames (except food vendors), smoking, music.
- Cancellations after Oct 31 not refunded. $30 fee for insufficient checks. Juried; committee may reject/relocate.
