The Parke County Maple Fair takes place at winter's end when maple syrup producers begin tapping maple trees throughout the county. Visitors explore maple syrup camps along county roads, discover covered bridges, and purchase maple syrup products, homemade crafts, baked goods, jams, and jellies at the fairgrounds headquarters.
