- Vendors provide own tents, tables, chairs; no items supplied by organizer
- No refunds for canceled applications or no-shows; credit issued for severe weather
- Vendors must attend both days; booths must remain open entire event; early breakdown prohibited
- Food vendors must include at least one German dish; art/craft vendors encouraged to offer German items
