This Louisiana Festival will have antique/collectibles, commercial/retail, corp./information, crafts, fine art, fine craft, flea market and homegrown products exhibitors, and 30 food booths. There will be 2 stages with National, Regional and Local talent and the hours will be Thu 5pm-12 midnight; Fri-Sun 9am-12 midnight. This event will also include: rides, rice cook-off, parades, accordion/fiddle contest, poker run, car show.

10'x10' booth includes 30 amps electricity; 10'x20' booth includes max 50 amps electricity
Electricity usage/hook-up fee included in vendor fee; vendors limited to max 30 amps, two 1500W circuits
Payment by money order only, made payable to IRF Inc., must accompany application; no checks accepted
Certificate of insurance required (1 million dollars general liability); IRF Inc. must be named additional insured
Setup begins Thursday Oct 15; teardown immediately at midnight Saturday Oct 17; no alcohol sales allowed
Vendors must contact Acadia Parish Sales/Use Tax Dept and City Clerk for required sales tax and licenses
