About
This Illinois Festival will have antique/collectibles, commercial/retail, crafts, fine art, fine craft, flea market and homegrown products exhibitors, and tba food booths. There will be 2 stages with Regional and Local talent and the hours will be Fri 5pm-12 midnight; Sat 4pm-12 midnight.
📋 From the vendor application
- 12×12 booth or food truck/trailer; one day $50, both days $75
- No power supplied; vendors must bring own generator
- Ford County Health Permit required; certificate of liability insurance required
- Refunds only if cancellation requested in writing by August 14th
- Friday check-in 2:00–5:00 p.m., Saturday check-in 8:00–11:00 a.m.; breakdown starts 9:00 p.m.
- Vendors provide own tents, garbage cans, weather protection; festival helps with trash during event
