This Texas Flea Market will have antique/collectibles, commercial/retail, crafts, fine art, fine craft and flea market exhibitors, and no food booths.

- Civic Center: antiques and collectibles only, monthly rental basis
- Dry Creek Landing: 10,000 sq ft lock-and-leave building, annual lease only, non-climate-controlled
- Trade Center: spaces assigned by management based on product type, monthly rental basis
- All vendors must have Texas Sales Tax Permit required by Texas Law
- Dry Creek Landing: vendors must display and operate space every First Monday weekend
- Dry Creek Landing: merchandise restricted to approved items; management approval required for changes
