• 10x10 booth $125 (standard vendor), $275 (non-standard), $75 (community org); 20x10 $200/$400
• No electrical access; vendor supplies own tent (flame-retardant with weights), tables, equipment
• Setup 7:00am, vehicles out by 9:00am; teardown 5:00pm, no early load until ~7:00pm ceremony end
• No refunds; rain or shine event; payment due upon application approval; exclusivity only for sponsors
• Open to crafters, artists, agricultural/pre-packaged food vendors, nonprofits; all must be approved by staff
