Fishers Arts Council is hosting an observance to see the Community Altar with Ofrendas (offerings) created over the past two weeks, honoring those who have passed on. Traditional treats of Mexican hot chocolate and pan de muerto (dead bread) will be available for sampling, with live music performed by El Mariachi Solo.
