- Booth sizes: 10'x10' ($75), 10'x8' ($65), 10'x6' ($55); 6'x10' typically most available
- Commission: 10% of total sales due immediately after fair, payable via app, cash, or check
- Late application fee: $15 for applications after April 1st
- Cancellation after October 15th: no refund except at Board's discretion for extenuating circumstances
- Juried selection required; handcrafted/created by applicant only; no buy-sell or commercial products
- Payment due within 30 days of acceptance via online or check; do not pay before official acceptance
