- Vendors provide own tents (weighted), tables, chairs; electricity NOT available, generators not allowed
- Setup 8:00-9:00 a.m., teardown not until 4:00 p.m.; vehicles must leave by 9:00 a.m.
- Handmade or hand-decorated items required for booths in village; 1800-1940 period items preferred
- Vendors must submit photos of items; demonstrations of craft preferred
- Non-handmade items (computer-generated, sublimation, machine-made) very limited space available
