📋 From the vendor application
- Booth size: 10'x10'. Fee: $25 non-refundable vendor fee (no application fee).
- Vendors must provide own tent, tables, chairs, lights, and power cords.
- Load-in 3pm, event 5pm–9pm. All vendors must be fully set up by 5pm.
- Items must be handmade by applicant; no mass-produced or third-party resale.
- Food vendors: packaged, shelf-stable items only; no onsite cooking or hot food.
- Vendor fees non-refundable unless City cancels event. Vendors manage own payments and sales tax.
