The spring festival will now be held downtown, while the fall festival will be hosted in Memorial Park. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate through these adjustments. Bayou City Art Festival Downtown is the nation’s premier spring outdoor fine art event and kicks off the spring Texas art festival circuit. Located in the heart of Downtown, showcasing a sophisticated outdoor gallery with a stunning backdrop of the Houston Skyline Bayou City Art Festival has a demonstrated history of record sales for artists. Bayou City Art Festival is the signature outdoor art event for the city of Houston and is co-funded by the Houston Arts Alliance 15,000+ in annual attendance We are the first stop for fine artists on the Texas Fine Art Festival tour and we look forward to hosting you in Houston!
