The Athens Academy Holiday Market features over 85 vendors from across the Southeast selling original, hand-crafted items including jewelry, pottery, artwork, floral arrangements, soaps, and artisanal food items. An Opening Night Event is held on Wednesday, November 18, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. with a raffle.
📋 From the vendor application
- Booth size: approximately 10' x 10'; accommodates up to three 2' x 6' tables
- Early bird fee $175 if applied by July 1; $200 if applied after July 1
- Table rental $10 each (maximum three per booth); one chair provided
- Setup Wednesday by 3:30 p.m.; breakdown cannot start before 5:00 p.m. Thursday; must leave campus by 6:00 p.m.
- Cancellations by October 2 receive refund; after October 2, no refunds
- Limited electrical outlets available; indicate needs at application, not day-of
