Austin's Winter Arts Fest features a curated collection of fine art and one-of-a-kind gifts. The event includes ten days of live music performances three times daily on an intimate stage.

- Application fee: $25. Booth fees based on square footage/frontage: $1,500–$5,000+, average ~$2,000.
- Booth sizes: 4×10 (smallest) to 20×20 (largest); final pricing discussed during interview.
- Artists must provide own booth walls (no pop-ups); ProPanels, pipe/drape, or wooden walls.
- Artists required to provide own booth lighting; high standards enforced.
- Juried show; no importers, mass-produced goods, AI-generated art, or food vendors.
- Load-in day before opening by appointment; load-out after final day. Must be open every day.
