- Booth fees: $150 (Lemon Tree Village) or $200–$225 (Drummer Boy Park); early payment discounts apply
- Late fee: $225 applies after payment deadline (e.g., after May 1 for June fair)
- Refund policy: full refund if cancellation made up to 30 days before show date
- Setup: Friday 3pm–6pm early, Saturday 7am–9:30am; fair runs 10am–4pm
- Juried fair; all items must be handcrafted by vendor; food vendors must obtain temporary permit
- Accepted vendors may sell only juried items; acceptance grants permission to use photos for advertising
