- Booth fees: $150 (Lemon Tree Village) or $200/$225 (Drummer Boy Park); early payment discounts available
- Refund policy: full refund if cancellation made up to 30 days before show date
- All items must be handcrafted by vendor at table; juried event, only juried items may be sold
- Food vendors must obtain temporary food permit from towns; jewelry requires special application
- Setup: Friday 3pm-6pm early setup or Saturday 7am-9:30am; acceptance notification within 7 days
