Palm Springs Art Festival - Frances Stevens Park The Palm Springs Art Festivals are intimate outdoor fine art events featuring 60 artist booths at each show. These boutique festivals highlight a diverse mix of contemporary fine art, including clay, glass, fiber, jewelry, mixed media, painting, photography, and sculpture. Hosted by West Coast Artists since 1987, the festivals are held at beautiful Frances Stevens Park in the heart of Palm Springs.
