Prickly Pear Cactus Jelly & Syrup
Backyard Blessings is the product of a tiny Prickly Pear Cactus that blew into my backyard! The plant took root exactly where I had intended it, and thru the years God has not only blessed me with a perfectly asymmetrical cactus, but provided delicious fruit that I delight in creating jellies & syrup and sharing with the world each year!
