The 36th Ozark Ham & Turkey Festival will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026 in California, Mo. The festival is named after the towns leading industries, nationally known Burgers' Smokehouse (country ham processor) and worldwide meat supplier, Cargill (turkey processing plant). The vendor avenue is on N. High Street, the historic part of our beautiful town. California is located 25 miles from Jefferson City, Mo. on Hwy 50 (east and west) and Hwy 87 (north and south). Festival profits go toward improving the community, supporting our youth, and making California a great place to work and to live.
