Each year, hundreds of people flock to Summersville to celebrate potato farming, which is a significant part of Nicholas County's heritage. The festival is geared towards the family and provides an array of activities that include entertainment from local children's groups to well-known entertainment bands. Potato Auction and display, parades, contests, car and tractor shows, farmer's market, great food and craft vendors and so much more!
