33% is due at the time of registration; 2nd payment 33% is due on January 20; the balance is due on Feb 22, 2025. Spaces are not guaranteed until full payment has been received. All sales are final! Should you cancel within less than 45 days of day 1 of the show, you will still owe the balance. WE WILL NOT SEND INVOICES OR REMINDERS. Plus $30 city vendor permit unless you can show proof of a valid City of Las Vegas Business licensee. Must have a city license number on profile at the time of registration. A $100 late fee will be applied to payments made after Feb. 22nd. The booth includes pipe & drape and extensive advertising. Vendors need to bring their own tables, chairs, grids, etc. The cost for power is $116, and Premium Wi-Fi is $38 (there is free basic Wi-Fi that works for some, but not for all).
