Initially begun as a flower show to promote the planting of marigolds throughout the Mantorville community, with early sponsorship from Marigold Dairies, Rochester, Minnesota, this event has grown to be on one the region’s best known and most attended annual festivals.

The Sidewalk Arts Festival is a FREE outdoor event in historic downtown Sioux Falls, SD, with more than 250 vendor booths featuring the region’s best fine art, folk art and craft artisans.
