Northwest Folklife Festival 55th

Since 1972, the annual Northwest Folklife Festival has been a community-powered celebration of the music, arts, and heritage that make up the brilliant cultural tapestry of the greater Pacific Northwest. With over 5,000 performers on 20+ stages, 200 vendors, 500 volunteers, and upwards of 200,000 attendees, this remains one of the largest free, access-for-all festivals in the nation. The festival is more than a celebration of the diversity of the Pacific Northwest, it’s a chance to engage directly with the many communities that make up our region. This is the place to find your folk. Each year hundreds of vendors from the Pacific Northwest participate in Northwest Folklife, selling foods from all over the world, handmade craft items and specialty goods. ArtFest 41st Anniversary

As a non-profit museum, our goal is to provide a beautiful community gathering place where fine artists come together to showcase their work to art-lovers from throughout the PNW. Located on the museum's campus in the historic Browne's Addition neighborhood of Spokane, this 3 day open-air art festival provides visitors with plenty of beautiful shade, fun food trucks, locally crafted beer and wine, live music and entertainment, and fun hands-on activities for kids of all ages. ArtFest is committed to supporting artists in our region and beyond. As such, we do not take a commission; all sales go directly to the artist. We provide 24 hour security, booth-sitting by volunteers and staff, free admission to the museum galleries, and an artists' dinner the night of set-up.

Our Mission is to create a vibrant and lively happening that reflects and illuminates the work of today’s modern makers. We strive to keep our voice relevant to emerging and established designers alike, showcasing the highest quality goods and the freshest talent. We look to push the creative economy forward and elevate the contemporary craft experience while keeping it accessible to all.

Maryfest, Inc is the organization of volunteers that hosts the annual Marysville Strawberry Festival, and serve as community representatives at festivals throughout the Northwest region. Maryfest also provides more than $20,000 in scholarships to local students every year. Striving to promote volunteerism, responsibility, and community spirit with our youth.

Edmonds Arts Festival 65th

The Edmonds Arts Festival has grown from a small community art fair to one of the most prestigious in the Pacific Northwest, attracting artists from across the nation and Canada. The Festival provides a unique opportunity for patrons to meet artists and purchase their work in a beautiful outdoor setting overlooking Puget Sound. The Festival offers free live entertainment, a juried gallery art exhibition and sale, a nationally-recognized juried student art exhibit, and a hands-on children’s art activity area.

The Fremont Fair returns to celebrate community with a toast to the Summer Solstice! Founded in 1972, the Fremont Fair is one of Seattle’s most beloved neighborhood street festivals, featuring a weekend of eclectic activities that celebrate the quirky community of Fremont, the self-proclaimed “center of the universe.” Held annually in mid-June to coincide with the Summer Solstice, the event draws more than 80,000 people to shop, eat, drink, mingle, groove, and enjoy all manners of creative expression. Artistic highlights include craft and art booths, street performers, local bands, wacky decorated art cars, the free-spirited Solstice Parade produced by the Fremont Arts Council, and many other oddities that personify Fremont’s official motto “Delibertus Quirkus” – Freedom to be Peculiar.
