Art on the Green is located on Lake Coeur d'Alene, on the beautiful campus of North Idaho College. We are attended by over 30,000 people and produced by over 300 volunteers. We are entirely non-profit. All entry fees are used to pay for the juried show prizes, art classes for children and adults, art awards to artists and local schools, free entertainment, and festival expenses. We are a tax exempt, 501(C)(3) corporation, dedicated to giving back to our community. Last year, once again, we donated about $7,500 to local art teachers for art supplies.
Art on the Green is a festival of the highest reputation and quality. This is a credit to our community, to our volunteers, and to all participating artists. The festival gathers friends and families for a celebration of life and the arts. Our festival features specialty food booths with offerings ranging from our traditional sausages and sauerkraut, grilled chicken, fresh corn on the cob, ice cream, and a large beer & wine garden with local beer, cider and wine. We feature a Children's Art Garden, with painting and special art activities for children. We offer entertainment on two stages,with exciting regional musicians of multiple genres. We value the highest quality of fine art offered by our booth artists, and hope you will be a part of our 2026 Festival!
