The Westsylvania Arts Festival is held in conjunction with the Delaney Chevrolet Westsylvania Jazz & Blues Festival. The Westsylvania Jazz & Blues Festival is a well-established music festival that attracts at least 1,500 people to Downtown Indiana for the day, providing top quality performances by local, national and internationally known musicians.
