The 38th annual Art Under the Elms is a three-day art/artisan fair presented by Lewis-Clark State Collegeβs Center for Arts & History, a nonprofit organization focused on engaging audiences through the arts and humanities. The event takes place on the main campus of Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho, which is part of the Lewis-Clark Valley.
