Connecticut Sheep, Wool and Fiber Festival

A delightful agricultural and learning experience! Premiere fiber artists and vendors fill the grounds with unique and beautiful collections and creations. Activities include a sheep dog trial, fleece to shawl contest, sheep shearing demonstrations, educational lectures, a wool fashion show and spinning/knitting/ fiber art instruction and guidance. A fleece sale, a kids' corner and delicious food and fun music round out the day! Connecticut Sheep, Wool & Fiber Festival Always the last Saturday in April!

King William Fair

Over 30,000 visitors are expected to attend this fun-filled, family festival on April 25th, 2026, as they have on the final Saturday of Fiesta each year since 1968. The King William Fair is the primary fundraising event for the King William Association, a non-profit organization which works to preserve and protect the oldest historic district in Texas and promote the unique cultural heritage of San Antonio. Beginning with a delightfully funky parade, the day-long event offers a variety of art and craft vendors, lively music, dance, Kids Kingdom play area and delicious foods and beverages. But what really sets this event apart is the sparkling beauty of its historic setting near the heart of downtown San Antonio, where the King William neighborhood entices fair-goers to relax and unwind along shady, tree-lined streets adorned with stately Victorian homes, cozy cottages and gracious gardens.

Montclair Village Art Walk 49th

Applications accepted after deadlines for space or waiting list consideration. The 49th annual Montclair Village Summer Art Walk lines the sidewalk of this busy shopping district that attracts people from one of Oakland’s most affluent communities. Montclair Village is a charming and vibrant shopping district, nestled in the beautiful, tree-covered Oakland Hills. The Village has a laid-back, small town feel, plenty of parking in the City-owned garage, and many small business retailers and restaurants. On Sundays, the Farmer’s Market joins us bringing early morning shoppers. This event stands as one of our top selling Sidewalk Fairs. Sidewalks are narrow and some are hilly—Spaces are 4 ft. deep x 13 ft. long. No tents, but market umbrellas are welcome. Up to 65 artist spaces. Booth area have some obstacles to work around. Jackalope - An Indie Artisan Fair

What types of vendors will be exhibiting? We will be accepting handmade designs into the fair, including: visual art, fashion design, accessory design, bath and body care, home decor, housewares, food and more. No vintage or resale items will be permitted. We are looking to feature original designs and handmade goods made by the artisan who will be showcasing during the event. Manufactured goods are permitted as long as they are your original concept.
