Hello! Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at CTFlea Vintage Market.
CTFlea is a curated vintage market that brings together vintage clothing sellers, collectors, artists, and small businesses from across Connecticut and the Northeast. Our goal is to create a high energy outdoor market where people can shop unique vintage pieces, discover local vendors, and enjoy a fun community driven event.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting all applicable Connecticut sales tax

We are currently accepting vendors selling:
Vintage clothing
Streetwear
Sneakers
Painters & illustrators
Photographers & print sellers
Jewelry makers
Clothing designers (especially handmade or custom)
Vintage curators
Candle & soap makers
Rug makers / textile artists
Ceramics & pottery
Handmade accessories
Custom art (live painting, commissions, etc.)
Jewelry and accessories
Vintage collectibles
Curated thrift goods
This is an outdoor market event featuring 40+ vendors
Tables and chairs will NOT be provided. But, we can refer you to table and chair renters
Vendor Selection Process
We prioritize vendors who:
Sell authentic vintage or curated secondhand items
Have an established shop or social media presence (Instagram, Depop, etc.)
Bring unique products that fit the vintage market atmosphere
Vendor applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and spaces are limited. Vendors who are selected will receive an email with additional information and payment instructions.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a vendor space, but we encourage everyone to apply as we host multiple markets throughout the year.
Vendor Booth Options
10x10 booth space — $100
20x20 booth space (double booth) — $150
Table Vendor (1 Table Allowed) — $75
Clothing vendors must bring their own racks and hangers.
Important Vendor Policy
Vendor fees help support the production of the event, including but not limited to:
Event permits
Marketing and promotion
Staffing and operations
If a rain date is scheduled, vendors must be available for both the original event date and the rain date. If weather or unforeseen circumstances require a date change, vendor spots will automatically transfer to the new date.
If both scheduled dates are canceled due to extreme weather or circumstances outside of the organizers’ control, vendor payments will be transferred to the next rescheduled event.
Partial refunds, if granted, are at the sole discretion of the event organizers and only considered in extreme documented circumstances such as medical or family emergencies.
Vendor Conduct & Event Compliance
By submitting this application, you agree to:
Follow all instructions provided by the CTFlea event team
Set up within your assigned booth space
Follow all load in and breakdown schedules
Maintain respectful and professional conduct with staff, customers, and other vendors
Follow all city regulations, safety requirements, and event rules
Failure to follow event policies may result in removal from the event without refund.
Alcohol Policy
Vendors are not permitted to consume alcohol or be under the influence of alcohol during event hours, including setup and breakdown.
Violation of this policy may result in:
Immediate removal from the event without refund
Loss of eligibility for future CTFlea events
Agreement Confirmation
Submitting this application confirms that you have read and agree to all event policies, vendor guidelines, payment terms, and event participation requirements listed above.
