Moving the event in 2018 to its new home on Simi Town Center Way (at the Simi Valley Town Center), has afforded the Chamber the ability to accommodate over 400 booth spaces and lots of new attractions including a beer and wine garden, all day entertainment. This Show is limited to Woodcarving and Wood Turning only and must be the sole work of the exhibitor. No other crafts are permitted. Our annual show is normally held the first "full" weekend in May at the Baxter County Fairgrounds. It is one of the biggest shows in the area. The show features whittlers, woodcarvers, wood turners, vendors, judged competitions, demonstrations, and a carving contest. Judges are well qualified and chosen with care. Participants are from all levels - novice to professional. Many nationally known, professional carvers from across the United States participate in our show each year, along with local carvers. The show is free to the public.
